Our promise

Chase's Adventure Zone is built for kids and families. That means we collect as little information as possible, we never sell it, and we explain clearly what we do with it.

What information we collect

• Account information. When you create an account, we store the email address and display name you provide. This is used to sign you in and remember your learning progress.
• Learning progress. We record which topics you explore, completion status, and time spent. This powers the learning dashboard and is tied to your account.
• Usage analytics. We may use privacy-conscious analytics to understand which parts of the site are useful. These tools are configured to avoid collecting personally identifying details where possible.
• Technical data. Standard server logs (such as browser type and approximate region) may be kept for security and reliability.

Children's privacy (under 13)

Chase's Adventure Zone is directed in part to children. For users under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), we require a parent or guardian's consent before collecting personal information such as an email address.

• The sign-up process asks for confirmation that the user is at least 13 years old, or that a parent or guardian has provided consent.
• Parents can review, update, or request deletion of their child's information at any time (see “Contact& rdquo; below).
• We do not knowingly collect more information than necessary to provide the educational experience.

If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information without parental consent, please contact us so we can delete it.

Third-party services

We use the following categories of third-party services. Each processes data according to its own policy:

• Authentication — to manage sign-in and accounts.
• Analytics — to measure site usage. These run under this privacy policy and should be configured for a child-directed context.
• Hosting — the website and database are hosted on a cloud platform that stores data securely.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences (such as light/dark theme). You can disable cookies in your browser; some features (like staying signed in) may not work without them.

Your rights

You can request to:

• See what information we hold about you;
• Correct inaccurate information; and
• Delete your account and associated data.
